User Management

Set and control data access with user profiles, audit user logs and more

The User Management section enables adding unlimited users, tracking their activity logs, and configuring diverse user profiles. This helps in establishing different data access levels such as Administrator, Power User or Quality Control.

The User Management section is structured into three subsections, each focusing on a specific aspect of user administration, including account creation, role assignment, access control, and activity tracking:

Users

Add users, search by various criteria, and assign material visibility rights.

User Profile

Add various user profiles (Administrator, Power User, User, CAD User, etc.), set material and property group visibility, configure export formats, customize Integrator layout and much more.

User Log

Track user logs by date, user profile, or department.
