What is Total Materia Integrator?
Total Materia Integrator is an effective solution designed for managing and integrating company materials with Total Materia Horizon. It seamlessly connects internal company material data to CAX, PLM, and ERP systems. Total Materia Integrator includes all the functionalities, data, and modules of Total Materia Horizon. Additionally, it introduces two powerful components for customization and control: the CREATOR section for managing proprietary dataallows users to easily create, audit, and maintain company materials, and the TOTAL VIEWER section for comprehensive searching and analysis.
Utilizing Total Materia Integrator will allow you to:
Create, manage, and audit your materials across various departments, users, and material groups, or based on other specific requirements.
Search, view, compare, find alternatives, export, and create lists of materials.
What Can I do?
Create, manage and audit your materials across various departments, users, material groups or other specific requirement
Using the CREATOR section of Total Materia Integrator will enable you to:
Create Company departments, Roles and Users with specified user profiles (Power user, CAD user, Material expert etc.)
Create Materials, Material groups, Properties, Property groups, Units, Condition and Property parameters (heat treatment, product form, testing direction, comments specimen etc.), References, Suppliers, Document and diagram types etc.
To limit access to materials based on specific company department or material group
To easily maintain and track changes of created Materials, Properties, Property groups, Units etc.
To bulk export in common format (XPM, XML, Cross-Reference)
To have user log and track of all the changes made in the system by area, user or date
Search, view, compare, find alternatives, export or create list of materials
Using the TOTAL VIEWER section, you will be able to:
Search for your and/or Total Materia Horizon materials by Material designation, Material groups, Company departments, Standards, Property Values, Condition parameters (heat treatment, product form etc.) or any other specific requirements
Compare materials by composition, mechanical, physical or other properties
To create and save list of desired materials
To find similar or alternative materials
To export materials using some of the numerous export formats (Abaqus, ANSYS, CATIA, Excel, OptiStruct, Siemens NX, SolidWorks, XML etc.)
