# Track Material Changes

Monitoring changes in material records can be challenging. The "View Changes" feature allows users to track changes in material records by date, specific fields, and status of the change.

Clicking the "View Changes" <img src="/files/mRBouEoG4FZ0k3UmrLTw" alt="" data-size="line"> button will open a new pop-up window in which users can track all the changes made in a material. Additionally, users can select a specific field ([property group](/total-materia-integrator/~/revisions/DZrESNWZC5RohQG7UE2g/creator/data-maintenance/property-groups.md)) where the change is made and/or date when that change is made. This feature is available on material pages in both the [Total Viewer](/total-materia-integrator/~/revisions/DZrESNWZC5RohQG7UE2g/total-viewer.md) and the [Creator](/total-materia-integrator/~/revisions/DZrESNWZC5RohQG7UE2g/creator.md) of Total Materia Integrator.
