The "View Changes" feature allows users to track changes in material records by date, specific fields, and status of the change. Clicking the "View Changes"

button will open a new pop-up window in which users can track all the changes made in a material. Additionally, users can select a specific field ([property group](/total-materia-integrator/~/revisions/DZrESNWZC5RohQG7UE2g/creator/data-maintenance/property-groups.md)) where the change is made and/or date when that change is made. This feature is available on material pages in both the [Total Viewer](/total-materia-integrator/~/revisions/DZrESNWZC5RohQG7UE2g/total-viewer.md) and the [Creator](/total-materia-integrator/~/revisions/DZrESNWZC5RohQG7UE2g/creator.md) of Total Materia Integrator. {% hint style="warning" %} Before any changes are reflected in [Total Viewer](/total-materia-integrator/~/revisions/DZrESNWZC5RohQG7UE2g/total-viewer.md), the material needs to be [released](/total-materia-integrator/~/revisions/DZrESNWZC5RohQG7UE2g/creator/materials-management/release-materials.md) in [Creator](/total-materia-integrator/~/revisions/DZrESNWZC5RohQG7UE2g/creator.md). {% endhint %}
