Material Workflow

Workflow-Driven Control Over Material Publishing

Material Workflow is an optional add-on for your Integrator data system and can be enabled upon request. It facilitates the material workflow by allowing requests for adding and releasing materials in Total Viewer, by assigning each request to a specific user responsible for material creation/release. Material Workflow enables complete control over tracking and approving any changes made to the material, helping to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and ensure compliance across multiple users and departments.

When enabled, Material Workflow appears on the Quick Search page of Total Viewer in the section named "REQUESTS".

The "REQUESTS" section contains two subsections: "Request New Material" and "My Requests". Additionally, for each material in the Creator section that has been modified, a "REQUEST RELEASE" button will appear instead of "RELEASE MATERIALS" button (for Integrator data system where the material workflow is not enabled).
